Fields and Kelly are a husband and wife team who have the passion, energy, and vision to create and execute some of the nation’s most notable camps, tournaments and events through the beautiful game. Combined, they have coached tens of thousands of players ranging from 2yrs to professional athletes. Both have dedicated their lives to creating possibilities for players of all ages and levels to play the sport.

KELLY BROWN
Kelly Brown has proven over the past 6 years that her camps are THE best camps country-wide. No matter where she lands, she has taken over and launched camps way past their potential. Seeing a 34% camp increase each of her two stops at the University of Colorado and the Steamboat Soccer Academy (where she won Best of the Boat award for best youth summer camp in 2023), Kelly has dedicated her summers to others. She dreams of the ultimate camp experience and delivers. Priding herself on providing a little something for everyone, she has found a professional passion in providing the ultimate balance between elite-level development and unique off field adventures.
Kelly is the current Head Coach of the Northern Colorado Rain FC of the USL-W league, and is involved in the United States Youth Soccer West Region ODP Program as a Head Coach and is currently the assistant director for Colorado Select on both the Front Range and Mountain Region programs. Kelly continues to pursue coaching education at the highest levels holding her USC Advanced National Diploma, USSF C license, and has a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in Leadership Development. Previously Kelly has been a coach at the Collegiate level, where she was the Head Coach of Regis University (2020-2022) and an assistant Coach at the University of Colorado (2017-2020), Colorado State University (2013-2017) and Regis University (2010-2013). Growing up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and playing at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas, she combines her unique background of destination hospitality with the highest level of player development. It is from all these experiences that she has learned how to create the best camp experience around.

FIELDS BROWN
Fields has a passion and energy for the game of soccer that really emerges in the camp environment. His coaching career began out of working the University of North Carolina camps as a collegiate player, where he fell in love with the game from the coaching side; and it would lead and guide him to the career that he is currently in.
His experiences at the youth, collegiate, ODP, and Semi Pro levels has allowed him to gain tons of time in the camp business. These moments have led and driven him, along with Kelly, to creating a camp that is not only the best but becomes an integral part in the development of the player and person.
Fields is the current Executive Director of Albion Boulder County and helps oversee the Colorado Mountain Select program. Previously he has been at the youth and college level in South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado, before most recently taking on the role as Club Director at Steamboat Soccer Club. Fields’ connections through his coaching path and his experiences along the way have given him the goal to create the best camp possible with the best people possible for the best experience possible.
